Call me crazy, but I just can't buy into the Oakland Athletics.
I know, I know. That makes me cynical and a doubter.
I'm not.
Trust me - I would love to see the A's surprise everybody again and win this series. That would make for great drama and be real exciting for baseball. Also, a few veterans on their team deserve some post-season love. Plus, it would pay off "Moneyball" from awhile back.
However, I am going to ride with the Detroit Tigers. They have too much power at the plate, and it would be great for Miguel Cabrera (and Prince Fielder) to continue on in October.
