NFL Week 5: Packers/Colts Recap

As most know, I hail from the great state of Wisconsin. Love us or hate us, we care about our sports teams. You can't deny that.

Today was just "one of those days."

The Colts defeated the Green Bay Packers 30-27.

In a way, it is not surprising. The Colts were at home coming off a bye week. Plus, they were playing for their head coach who was just diagnosed with leukemia. Everybody knew emotions would be high.

I even predicted a close game: Packers 30 Colts 20

Well, the Packer were up 21-3 at halftime. After that, the team was done. It's like they just didn't even want to play the final 30 minutes. The Colts charged back and shocked the world winning in the end.

No doubt, the Packers are NOT where they want to be. On all fronts: offense, defense, special teams - everything is just "off" this season. For now, they have have to worry about taking on the best team in the AFC next week on the road (Texans), while the Colts celebrate a very nice victory.
